Who are we?

You can work from anywhere you like as well as long as you have an internet connection, our office is located in Slack.

 

What role will you play?

●You will mainly be performing testing and support activities within the customer success team.

●The test part will focus on: testing of implementation work delivered by the customer success team, by preparing test cases and executing them; working on tests automation wherever possible; doing regression testing upon need (eg. upon release of a new version of the platform); data integrity testing upon need.

●On the support part: you will be in charge of the client helpdesk, performing tasks like client communication, triage/prioritization of the tickets, analyzing the issue, verifying with the team, reporting bugs to developers, solving the issue whenever possible.

●Other implementation-related activities may be required from you upon need/availability, e.g. some configuration of the platform for a client, documentation work, etc.

●We are a small team, so every person has the opportunity to make a big impact and leave their marks on every project. You will help in shaping and uplifting a company from the start.

●You should have good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills as a go-getter with an intellectual curiosity to learn, collaborate and help others.  

 

What are we looking for?

●Demonstrated and successful experience in testing and support roles (minimum 3 years).

●Good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills as a go-getter with an intellectual curiosity to learn, collaborate and help others.

●Willingness to have a hands-on role / doer mentality.

●Sound understanding of IT fundamentals and technical skills (eg. PostgreSQL or SQL knowledge, REST APIs knowledge, JavaScript/groovy knowledge) is a key plus.

●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●Ideally, some initial understanding of the business (exposed to microfinance / banking industries, especially for tech companies).

●Self-directed, eager to learn with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

●Working from a remote requires you to be autonomous, proactive and accountable for your work.
